A sweet steeped in history, refined throughout the centuries and infused with the exotic tastes and aromas of the middle east, baklava is one of the most well-known Greek delicacies.

It comes in many shapes and flavors - some made with walnuts, others with pistachios, some cut in squares, others in the more classic rhombus shape.

In our business we focus on our two favorites - baklava with finely chopped walnuts and baklava with almond paste. Both are baked and soaked in a light syrup that is immediately absorbed by the multiple layers of phyllo.
