While we both love kourabiedes, Kristina does a little more - having her mouth and nose and fingertips covered with powdered sugar when she sneaks one.

These are wonderful "dry" cookies - firm enough to hold their shape yet soft enough to crumble in your mouth. The taste of the slivered almonds and powdered sugar is made more exotic with the aroma of the added rosewater.
