A sweet steeped in history, refined throughout the centuries and infused with the exotic tastes and aromas of the middle east, baklava is one of the most well-known Greek delicacies.

In our business we focus on our favorite - baklava with almond paste. It is first baked and then soaked in a light syrup that is immediately absorbed by the multiple layers of phyllo.

Note: recipe contains wheat and nuts.

Can be kept at room temperature for up to 3 days. Requires refrigeration after that.
